This process involves matching skills, past experience, education, and skill sets from our candidates that fall into the categories needed. Then initial contact is made via email or phone. We go over the position to see how it matches up with our candidates’ needs and wants. If there is a good match, the next steps on how to proceed are laid out. This varies with different clients but we are working with our candidates every step of the way.
